STANDARD DELIVERY

Our standard delivery services typically take from 5-7 business days for metro postcodes and can take up to 10-14 days for rural postcodes.

EXPRESS DELIVERY

Our express delivery services typically take from 2-3 business day for metro postcodes.

HOW DOES SHIPPING DAY WORK?

Your order will typically be delivered between 7:00 AM and 9:00 PM on a business day. If you are not present at the time of delivery, the delivery person will either leave your order in a secure location or provide a calling card with instructions on how to retrieve your package.

You can also register with Australia Post before placing your order to take advantage of their 24/7 Parcel Lockers.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

Delivery is comprehensively tracked, with notifications sent via SMS or email. Once your order departs from our warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking link to monitor your shipment's progress.

While we strive to adhere to our delivery schedules, please be aware that during peak periods, such as sales, delivery times may be extended. Additionally, updates to our technology systems or force majeure events, such as severe weather conditions, may impact the availability of our delivery services or necessitate adjustments to order cut-off times and delivery windows. We are committed to minimizing these temporary disruptions to the greatest extent possible. Please note that SPEC 1 ACTIVE cannot be held liable for any loss or theft of parcels resulting from specific delivery instructions provided to the carrier.
